Lucas Cecilio works at the intersection of theology of work, vocational formation, entrepreneurship, and leadership. He serves in ministry and writes and speaks on vocation, formation, and the meaning of work in a rapidly changing cultural and technological landscape.

His work helps individuals and communities recover a coherent vision of work, responsibility, and formation, with a focus on how faith, character, and long-term vision shape the way people live, lead, and build.

Lucas lives in the United States with his wife, Laura, and their daughter, Amelia.
